Accessibility statement

At Think Fresh Digital, we are committed to making our website and digital services accessible to everyone. Accessibility is not only a legal requirement, but an essential part of creating inclusive digital experiences.

We aim to meet or exceed the recognised standards set out in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our goal is to make sure our content, navigation, and interactions are clear and usable for as many people as possible, regardless of ability, device, or context.

What we are doing

  • Design and build standards – We use accessible design practices, semantic HTML, and ARIA roles to ensure content is perceivable and operable.
  • Colour and contrast – Our design palette is tested for legibility and sufficient colour contrast.
  • Keyboard navigation – All key site functions are usable with a keyboard, without requiring a mouse.
  • Responsive design – Pages adapt to different screen sizes and orientations, supporting desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Assistive technology compatibility – We test with screen readers and other assistive technologies to improve the experience for all users.

Where we are improving

We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some areas of our website may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working to:

  • Improve the consistency of alternative text on images and icons
  • Enhance the usability of form elements with clearer labels and instructions
  • Review third-party components to ensure they meet accessibility standards

Commitment to continuous improvement

Accessibility is not a one-off task, it is a commitment we build into every project. As a digital agency, we believe inclusive design and technical excellence go hand in hand. We regularly review our processes, update our tools, and train our team to ensure accessibility remains a core part of how we deliver.
