SUGCON Europe 2026 speaker announcement featuring Think Fresh Digital.

We’re pleased to be speaking at SUGCON Europe 2026, taking place in London from April 16–17.

SUGCON remains our favourite Sitecore conference of the year. It consistently attracts people who care deeply about the platform, delivery quality, and sharing real experiences from the field.

Having the European edition hosted in London makes this year’s event especially meaningful for us.

Our session

Beyond the Chatbot: Five AI Engineering Patterns from Building a Sitecore Code Analysis Engine

In our session, we’ll be sharing lessons from building a production-grade code analysis and migration tool designed to support teams moving from JSS to the Sitecore Content SDK.

The talk looks at the engineering patterns required to make AI systems dependable at scale, based on real delivery work. Topics we’ll cover include:

  • Using RAG and smart chunking to ground analysis in Sitecore documentation and real code context
  • Structured generation techniques to produce consistent, machine-readable output
  • Asynchronous orchestration for analysing large, real-world codebases
  • A composable model routing layer to adapt as AI models and vendors evolve
  • Automated evaluations to maintain reasoning quality as prompts and models change

Why this matters now

Support for JSS 22.x ends. JSS 23.x will be released in March/April 2026 but will not support SitecoreAI. Teams using Sitecore AI will need to adopt the Content SDK.

While the Content SDK is faster and leaner, the migration path today is largely manual. Our response has been to build an intelligent analyser that identifies deprecated patterns and provides documentation-backed guidance, helping teams reduce manual review effort and approach migration with greater confidence.

This real-world challenge forms the foundation of the session.

Let’s talk in London

We’ll be at SUGCON Europe throughout the event and are always happy to meet for a coffee and a proper conversation.

If you’re dealing with Sitecore modernisation or migration decisions, complex or stalled Sitecore programmes, or simply want to compare notes with people who work hands-on in this space, we’d love to connect.

If you’re attending SUGCON Europe and would like to meet while we’re in London, feel free to reach out.
